Refund policy
While we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free change of mind return to the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.
· 30-Day Return Window: You may return products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused, in its original container, with original packaging if possible, and should include proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
· Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at the email or address provided on our site, within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. You are responsible for securely packaging the product for return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
· Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. Original shipping charges paid (if any) are non-refundable in cases of "change of mind" returns.
· Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to appear on your account, as processing times vary between payment providers. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact us, your bank or card issuer, as there may be an internal processing delay.
· Unsuitable, Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product you received generates any allergic, or unwanted response to your skin, defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible (preferably with photographs and a description of the issue). In such cases, you are entitled to a remedy. We will cover the return shipping costs for unsuitable, defective or incorrect items and offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a full refund, per your statutory rights[9]. Please retain all packaging materials and product contents if something arrives damaged, as this may be needed to process a claim.
· Exceptions: For reasons of safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of products that have been significantly used or emptied. Also, gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable. Any promotional or bonus items received with your purchase must also be returned if you are seeking a full refund; otherwise, the retail value of such items may be deducted from your refund.
