Shipping and Delivery
· Local and International Shipping: We ship our products locally and internationally via Australia Post or DHL. Orders containing flammable liquid (Dangerous Goods) will be clearly identified on the product page and may only ship via DHL. An extra shipping fee per order will be charged for orders containing flammable liquids. Some products may be deemed suitable only for road transport making them ineligible for international or local express shipping.
Shipping options, costs, and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your provided address.
Delivery Times: While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times can vary depending on destination and shipping method. Any delivery dates or timeframes we provide are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
· Customs & Import Fees: For international orders, please note that you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by your country. Such charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. You are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs/import fees and ensuring that the products comply with your country’s import regulations.
· Risk of Loss: Title to products and risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events or circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs hold-ups, or other logistical issues. If your shipment is substantially delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
· Delivery Issues: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay import duties, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply), or a refund of the product price minus any shipping costs incurred, at our discretion.
